1. Who we are

2. Products

We sell external nasal dilator strips and related sports accessories. Nasal strips are not a treatment for any medical condition and do not replace medical advice. Stop using them if you notice skin irritation. Keep away from children under 5. Where products carry a CE mark, it is shown on the packaging.

3. Ordering

Adding items to the cart and clicking “Place order” is a binding offer to buy. We confirm your order by email (“Order received”). The contract is concluded when we send the shipping confirmation. If an item is unavailable we will tell you and refund any payment within 14 days.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are in euro and include VAT (24%). Shipping costs are shown before you confirm the order. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout (cards, Apple Pay/Google Pay, IRIS and other methods offered by our payment provider). Payments are processed by our provider; we never store card numbers.

5. Delivery

We ship within Greece (and to the EU where available at checkout) with courier, usually within 1–3 working days working days after dispatch. Risk passes to you on delivery. See Shipping & returns.

6. Right of withdrawal (14 days)

As a consumer you may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason (Law 2251/1994, art. 3ε–3ι). Use the “Click here to withdraw” function in your account or on the Withdrawal page, or email [EMAIL]. We confirm receipt of your statement by email, including its content and the date and time of submission. Return the goods within 14 days of your statement; you bear the direct cost of return unless the product is faulty. We refund with the same payment method within 14 days of receiving the goods (or proof of their shipment).

Exception: for hygiene reasons, strips whose sealed packaging has been opened after delivery cannot be returned (art. 3ιβ ε’), unless faulty.

7. Legal guarantee

You have the statutory 2-year guarantee for lack of conformity. If a product is faulty, contact us at [EMAIL]; we will replace it or refund you, including return costs.

8. Account and community profile

You may create an account to track orders. You can optionally publish a community profile (name, sport, age, city, photo) on our homepage; it is shown only after you opt in and we approve it, and you can remove it at any time from your account.

9. Liability

We are liable under Greek law for intent and gross negligence. Nothing in these terms limits your mandatory consumer rights.

10. Complaints and disputes
