Orders placed by 14:00 on a working day ship the same day.
Delivery across Greece in 1–3 working days with courier. Free shipping on orders over €39; otherwise €[X]. Cash on delivery: +€[X] (if enabled).
You receive a tracking number by email when the order ships.
Islands and remote areas may take 1–2 extra days.

14 days from delivery to withdraw, no reason needed. Use “Click here to withdraw” in your account or the Withdrawal page.
Strips must be in their original sealed packaging (hygiene product). Opened boxes cannot be returned unless faulty.
Send returns to: [COMPANY LEGAL NAME], [Street, number, city, postcode, Greece]. Return shipping is paid by you unless the product is faulty.
Refunds go to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return.
