how do i apply a strip?
Clean and dry the skin on your nose. Peel the backing, center the strip across the bridge just above the nostrils, and press both ends firmly for 10 seconds. To remove, peel slowly or loosen with warm water.
which size should i choose?
Regular fits most adults (nose width up to about 4 cm). Large is for wider noses or if you want more lift. See the size guide on each product.
can i wear it for pilates and yoga?
Yes. The strip is low profile and stays put through floor work, inversions and sweat. Apply it to clean, dry skin about ten minutes before class.
is it reusable?
No. Each strip is single use. Remove it after your session and throw it away.
who should not use nasal strips?
If you have sensitive skin, open wounds on the nose, a condition affecting your breathing, or you are unsure, check with a pharmacist or doctor first. Stop using them if you notice irritation. Not for children under 5.
